Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants. That, more or less, is the short answer to the supposedly incredibly complicated and confusing question of what we humans should eat in order to be maximally healthy.
For the longest time I was against taking vitamins or supplemental pill form of anything. I wanted to get everything I needed naturally, from fruits and veggies (insert hippie blah, blah, blah here). However, there have been plenty of nights I’ve eaten a bag of popcorn and bowl of Ben and Jerry’s for dinner. A bit hypocritical, no? I kinda thought so.
It took me years to find a multi that didn’t make me nauseas or leave me with a pounding headache. Until these guys:
Did that mean I instantly retained the habit of ingesting these things on the reg? Nope. I would take them for 2 or 3 days in a row. Then 2 or 3 weeks later, I would try again.
This time around, I’ve hit my longest stride yet. Ten days in a row! Thanks to these guys:
Who wouldn’t want to take his/her vitamin everyday if it was covered in sugar and taste like CANDY?!?!
